These connecting rods have been designed with FEA analysis to support 225hp per connecting rod. That is 1,800hp worth of confidence for your 4.2L engine! This item requires aftermarket pistons with a taller compression height. We specifically made these connecting rods 5mm shorter CC so that a taller aftermarket piston can be used without a interference pin like the factory ones have. This allows us to use a traditional 3 piece oil ring! We also offer this item packaged with our JE spec pistons under a different product. This item can also be produced in 300M or Titanium material at a quote first basis.
