WOW WOW WOW!!! What a difference these tunes make on our SUV!
-I had a local custom stage 2 (192 pulley) dyno tune and it was pretty good, but the car felt like there was more to give. I also bought that tuners TCU tune, which I was very disappointed with...All they did was firm up the shifts and increase line pressure, but didn't change the shift points or redline.
-Jackal's tune completely changed my Q! The stage 2 raised the redline, locked up the SC clutch (mine was on it's way out), which allowed the power to come on sooner and pull longer, and overall smoothed out the off/on (feels like a slipping trans). The driveability was vastly improved!
-The included TCU tune changed the shift points in both comfort and sport and allows the Q to use it's power more efficiently...Sport is a beast and the shifts are FIRM, but not harsh. Manual is a joy again, since you don't have to wait for the clutch to match the revs.
---Testing a Stage 2+ file now with the GAS SC Clutch delete...HOLY SHIT!!!! Absolutely out of control how hard a 6000lb SUV can hit. The power is immense and the torque/powerband seems to be from 1800ish and up. Manual mode with the direct drive is OUTSTANDING!!! Do yourself a favor and scoop up this tune, you won't regret it!
-GAS has a full Stage 2+ kit for the 4M which includes Jackal's tune ECU/TCU, the Billet SC clutch delete, 57/192 pulleys, belt, their BADASS Titanium intake, and the NGK plugs. 550HP...yes that's correct. Get'R Done!

I switched from IE to Jackal based on reading so many reviews and customer service, if you are looking to switch but aren’t sure. This is the sign that you needed to do so, car feels completely different. More powerful for sure.

super easy and good product to use. Took 10 minutes to install the engine/trans tune. very satisfied with it so far.
Entire process was smooth. Fast shipping, great communication from Matt. The flashing was super easy to do and only took a few minutes. The stage 2 tune is incredibly aggressive and feels amazing. The car is a different animal and the launch control is awesome. DSG shifts more aggressively and you can feel it working in perfect sync with the ECU software. Easily worth the money especially considering you get all the tune stages with the purchase and free flexibility to switch back an forth any time. Overall super satisfied and excited to keep upgrading.

WOW! The stage one tune really woke the car up. This is where they should have been at from the factory. Shows the potential of the platform. Even with a stage one tune, the car wants to go further. I would 100% recommend a stage one tune from Jackal to anyone with a B8/B8.5 S4/S5.
The process was super simple. Tuned my car in my own garage in about five minutes. The results were instant. Even my wife called me to tell me how fast the car was and that she was a big fan. Even told me to buy another sweatshirt because she has since taken mine.
Jackal has been in the game for awhile, and has branched out to more models and is really showing they know what they are doing. They are pushing the platform for these cars. I would buy from them again, and I will once I get my next Audi.

I've wanted an ECU tune for awhile and spent time researching offerings from different companies. I am so glad that I waited before deciding to go with Jackal. This ECU/TCU package is such a great value. The power delivery is so smooth! I am only a couple of days into it but I absolutely love how my car drives. Since I plan to upgrade my heat exchanger, I am going to upgrade my crank pulley and move up to so Stage 2!
